Langley Heights is a self-contained two-bedroom
apartment, as part of a large family home set in a quiet cul-de-sac high
in Calwell, Canberra. Our accommodation and facilities are
structured to meet the needs of couples, families, single travellers and
two couples travelling together - whether on holidays or business, or
combining both. We are pet friendly.

arrival, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine, beer and soft drink; then a welcoming afternoon tea/coffee. Then enjoy the facilities
of your apartment. Your apartment has private
access, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, toaster,
electric jug, and a full range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils);
main bedroom with bathroom, TV/DVD; meals area; lounge, with a
TV/DVD/sound system; a second bedroom suitable for family or adults
travelling with you; a small selection of movies available on request;
broadband internet access; office desk; indoor games;
ironing facilities; central heating; barbecue; private patio, garden, lawn;
and children's play area. You have exclusive use of
the whole apartment, including both bedrooms, and the barbecue, patio,
and outside areas.

laundromat is located an easy drive away. By
prior arrangement, we can provide laundry services.

The
outdoor area is private, and suitable for children, with a swing set. For babies and toddlers,
facilities include a cot, baby bath, change table, baby toilet, toilet
seat, high chair and pram.

The
main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with built-in wardrobe, TV/DVD,
electric blankets, bedside tables and reading lights, adjoining en-suite,
hair dryer, robes, and ironing facilities.
The second bedroom is part of your apartment during your stay, and has a
queen-sized bed and a single bed, electric blankets and bedside tables.
It shares the ensuite with the main bedroom, and access to the ensuite is
via the main bedroom. Both bedrooms have all linen, bedding and
towels provided. A cot with mattress can be provided if desired, and there
are other facilities for babies and toddlers as mentioned above.
