Tariffs ...

Rates are on the basis of you self-catering for breakfasts, using the fully equipped kitchen in your self-contained apartment.       

• Couple:  $140 per couple (or two single adults) per night. 

• Additional adult:  $30 per person per night, negotiable.  

• Child/young adult 6 - 18 years old: $20 per person per night, negotiable.  Child under 6 years old:  $10 per person per night, negotiable.  Toddlers and babies: free.   

• Single-person booking: $125 for a single person per night.  

Note that the second bedroom shares the ensuite with the main bedroom, and the ensuite is accessed via the main bedroom.      

All rates are GST-inclusive.  Rates are subject to change without notice. 

Payment is requested by cash, preferably.  We do take credit card (Master Card, Bankcard or Visa);  or cheque if paid in advance.   

Check-in is after 3.00 pm, and check-out by 10.00 am, unless other arrangements have been agreed. 

Deposit:   

A deposit of $50 is required in advance, to secure the reservation.  The deposit may be paid by cheque, or by providing credit card details (card number and expiry date) (credit cards accepted are Master Card, Bankcard, or Visa).   

Refund of Deposit Due to Cancellation:   

We realise that sometimes there is a need to cancel a booking.  If you have to cancel, we will apply the following rules:         

• Where notice of cancellation of 5 days or more is provided, a refund of your deposit is given, less a $25 administration/ cancellation fee. 

• Where notice of cancellation of less than 5 days is provided, your $50 deposit will not be refunded.
