1. Hostess and guest must ensure that they understand the conditions of purchase before selecting their garments.
2. On delivery. It is the hostesses responsibility to ensure that all money is collected from her customers by the due delivery date. If the hostess pays for the delivery and then discovers that a customer can not pay/cancels her order, then the hostess is fully responsible.
3. Only at the party will money orders, cheques and credit cards be accepted for payment. If paying by cheque or money order, please endorse the back of cheque with order number, name, address, telephone number and drivers licence number. All money orders, cheques and credit cards will be banked 7 days prior to delivery. If there are any problems the amounts will automatically be converted to Cash On Delivery (COD).
4. In the event of any cancellation / refund the hostess garment incentives will be reduced in accordance with sales levels and the hostess will be charged if garments are not returned to Up To 12.
5. Parties booked must be held within 4 weeks.
6. Hostesses may use their free garment voucher at the booked party and before the expiry date. If the party is not held within 4 weeks or before the expiration date the voucher will automatically convert to a half price garment.
7. Exchanges: Up To 12 will exchange or issue a credit voucher (for up to the selling price) for any garments that are found to be faulty (at the discretion of Up To 12). Refunds or credit vouchers will NOT be issued for any other reason.
8. Customers must follow washing instructions carefully to avoid damage to garments.
9. Refunds: Please choose carefully as we do not refund simply because of a change of mind. This is in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Act.
Any personal information you provide us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy policy and only used:
1. To enable us to provide the products and services to you in accordance with your order.
2. To enable us to notify you from time to time about any new products and services or special offers.
3. For our own market research purchases.
4. For any other purpose required, and only to the extent permitted by law.
We will not disclose your personal information to any third parties.
If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide the products and services that you require, or within the service levels or time frame you expect.
