Colonel Alfred Joseph BEATTY was born on 19 Sep 1888 in Caroline street, South Yarra, Vic.,^{4 5} died on 20 Jun 1966 in Brisbane, Qld. ² and was buried in Mt Thompson Crematorium, Brisbane, Qld..)
