Marriage announcement says she was the youngest daughter of Edward McLean.
• Court: Inquest on fire at Regentville House near Penrith, 27 May 1869, Parramatta, NSW. Regentville House was the property of John Shiels and his wife. Present in the house at the time of the fire and giving evidence was Mrs McLean, "mother of Mrs. Shiels". Mr. Shiels had been at his other property, Woodford House, "accommodation for the public" at Eighteen mile Hollow. Also at Woodford that night was "my sister-in-law Jane Mclean" Mary married William Mark FORSTER, son of Luke FORSTER and Anne BLACKETT, on 1 Sep 1869 in Woodford, Blue Mountains, NSW.1 2 (William Mark FORSTER was born on 7 Oct 1846 in Rothbury, Northumberland, England,7 died on 6 Jun 1921 in Hawthorn, Vic. 8 9 and was buried on 8 Jun 1921 in St. Kilda General Cemetery, Vic. 10.) |
