Gamma-ray measured Potassium concentrations in the hills near Ladysmith, NSW. High levels (red) of Potassium are found where there is shallow, actively weathering sedimentary bedrock. Low levels (blue) may indicate a component of wind-blown (aeolian) sediment that provides a source of landscape salts
