Rules for AmeriCon 2004

These are based on the Irish DBM200 system.

(Rules to follow, but they will be very close, if not exactly the same as the Irish DBM200 rules)

Summary:

• Army lists
  • up to 3 commands
  • 1 command is CinC
  • 1 further command can be a sub if your list allows, all other must be allies
  • if your list does not have any allies (either internal or external), one sub can be converted to an internal ally
  • maximums and minimums reduced by one half, rounded up (so 0-3 becomes 0-2)
  • extra cost for generals reduced by half, rounded down

• Terrain
  • 3'x4' board
  • terrain normal size, but less features

• Combat rules
  • Normal DBM v3
